Sensako and Syngenta support for farmers affected by devastating Free State fires

After being in the agricultural environment for more than 60 years, Sensako has built and maintained strong and lasting partnerships with farmers in South Africa.

In the recent fires that laid waste to thousands of hectares in the western Free State, many of those farmers have lost their lively hoods, homes, and belongings.  We believe that our farmers – big and small - are the heartbeat of South Africa as a nation.  Therefore, we consider any disaster affecting our farming community as a disaster for us all.

 

For this reason, Sensako in partnership with Syngenta (our parent company) has decided to support the “Pack a box for a farmer” initiative that was launched by AfriForum.  To provide relief to those who have fallen in dire need, we are joining the drive to support them in the form of non-perishable goods.

 

This is only a small token to show our appreciation and bring a little bit of relief to those who we not only consider as our clients, but also our friends.
